2/17/1900 Lawrence Blochman arrives

February 17, 1900.  Lawrence G. Blochman was a child of  a brand-new century.   He wrote more that fifty books, many of them mystery novels.  His short story "Diagnosis: Homicide," won the Edgar in 1951.
